Level 2 Service Desk Analyst
3-5 years experience
Join our growing team and deliver exceptional IT support to a diverse client base. In this role, you’ll handle escalated technical issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure smooth service desk operations. You’ll work closely with Level 1 technicians, contribute to process improvements, and provide outstanding customer service. Over time, there are opportunities to grow into a Microsoft 365 and AI solutions specialist, or senior service engineer supporting both internal projects and client environments.
